5. be a devoted subscriber of a fashion magazine

6. shop! look at clothes you wish you could wear without looking like a fat cow

7. think of your arch enemy, and how good it will feel when you can look down on her and laugh cause shes so fat next to you.

8. buy a beautiful, expensive item of clothing that is a size too small, this will give you motivation to loss weight for it.

9. watch thinpirational shows on tv,like america's next top model, its a great distraction

10. Learn to say to your empty rumbling stomach, "hey...it doesn't feel that bad", if youcan achieve this, half the battle is over.

11. stay out of the kitchen! no you're not just having a little bit!

12. dont buy bingeworthy food, if its not there you won't think about it or worse go get it.

13. hide evil foods away deep in the cupboards or at the back of the fridge.

14. think about food before you eat it, nice no fat little veggies going into my body making it pure and healthy, bad nasty chips, full of fat that will rott my body,hang on my bones and pump you up like a football

15. think, after that binge...you will feel so sick! sweaty and shakey...why did you bother. i bet you would rather have that hungry feeling with amazing results than a fat tummy and feeling like you're 40'C and going to burst.

16. browse pro ana sites, great distraction and a reminder of what your fighting for.

17. Look down at food...you dont need that crap

18. you only want to eat when your down, find other things that make you happy apart from food

19. find something that really takes your attention away from hunger

20. stay away from places where there is easy access to food

24. learn to say no once and mean it when someone offers food. Then forget about it!

25. Fat people have no confidence because they can't stand up to food. nobody likes them cause they are weak!

26. Your not hungry! your just thirsty! have a drink of water instead

27. Keep a thinspo pic wherever you go

28. Get an ana buddy, they help!

29. Watch thinspo movies on youtube

30. create a pro ana website of your own! they are become extinct and its very distracting and time consuming

31. Go for a walk, it clears your head and its exercise

33. Have a bath and pamper yourself, it will make you feel better

34. Sabotage your food, put to much of something on it, such as salt

35. If you eat bad food, PUNISHMENT! clean something rotton, over-exercise till you can hardly move another muscle or throw up!
